Description

World War II is one of the most important moments in world history.  Any historian will tell you that it is best to study history using primary source material and these maps allow you to visual see the war using materials that were created during the time.

Unique to this set are maps that allow you to see the physical world that affected the war as it progressed.  It includes a copy of a rare D-Day map used to prepare soldiers for the area they were going to invade and another map featuring marks drawn by a soldier on D-Day showing their landing place on Omaha Beach.  It also includes copies of Michelin maps given to soldiers to navigate.
